Mexican real estate investment trust (Reit) Fibra Uno pulled a proposed dollar Eurobond issue on Wednesday as investors said they believed the issuer may have underestimated the importance of the bid from US Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).

Global coordinators BBVA and HSBC had set initial price thoughts on a Reg S-only reopening of Fibra Uno’s existing 2030s and 2050s on Tuesday morning, New York time, but informed investors at the close that it was delaying pricing until Wednesday.
