China Vanke nets HK$7.9bn from primary placement

Real estate developer China Vanke raised HK$7.89bn ($1.02bn) on Wednesday from a sale of fresh equity.

The company appointed Citic Securities as the global co-ordinator to lead the sale, working with co-global co-ordinators CICC and UBS. The trio were also placing agents with CMB International.
