Link Reit takes A$212m from sustainable loan

Asia’s sustainability-linked loan market has expanded further with a real estate investment trust raising funds linked to the global real estate sustainability benchmark (GRESB), a first for the region.

Link Asset Management, the manager of Hong Kong-listed Link Reit, borrowed a A$212m ($122.9m) five year sustainability-linked term loan from DBS over the weekend.
