Generali, BNY Mellon launch ESG bond funds

Generali Investments and BNY Mellon have both set up new funds to invest in green and sustainable bonds, in euros and sterling respectively.

Generali’s new Euro Green & Sustainable Bond sub-fund, part of the Generali Investments SICAV fund, invests at least 70% of net assets in investment-grade green and sustainable bonds that are denominated in euros. It is benchmarked to the Bloomberg MSCI Barclays Euro Green bond index.
