DAE takes $300m in Chinese loan deal

Frequent syndicated loan borrower and United Arab Emirates-based aircraft lessor Dubai Aerospace Enterprise has raised a $300m term loan with Chinese banks.

The four year $300m unsecured term loan can be increased to $500m. The loan was signed with China Construction Bank's branch in DIFC (Dubai International Finance Centre) and China Construction Bank (Asia).
