Coli nabs $294m in final bond sale of 2019

China Overseas Land & Investment (Coli) found a conducive market window for its last bond issuance of the year, raising $294m from a 10 year deal on Wednesday.

The borrower, a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corp, is a relatively rare issuer in the debt market. It bagged HK$2bn ($255.56m) from a 2.9% 2025 bond and $450m from the sale of a 3.45% 2029 note in July. But otherwise, the company has been sporadic, ...
