DNEG confirms intention to float in London

UK motion picture visual effects company DNEG is pushing ahead with its IPO on the London Stock Exchange, having formally confirmed its intention to float on Tuesday.

The company, which has worked on numerous high profile films such as the Harry Potter and Avengers franchises, is planning to raise £150m of fresh capital to fund its growth strategy and to repay debt. DNEG’s shareholders will also sell some of their shares.
