Tottenham to win its spurs in US PP market

London football club Tottenham Hotspur FC has entered the US private placement market, looking for £350m to partly pay off bank loans generated from the construction of its new stadium.

The tenors of the PP, which will be fixed after the marketing process, will range between 15 and 30 years. The transaction is being offered to a selection of institutional investors. Bank of America is leading the placement, with HSBC and Goldman acting as arrangers.
