BUUK Infrastructure sells US private placement

BUUK Infrastructure, a UK utilities firm formerly called Brookfield Utilities, has sold US private placements, according to market participants.

The borrower entered the market last month looking for around £250m across seven to 12 years. Citi was one of the arranger's on the transaction.
