Commerzbank has decided to replace its retiring corporate clients head with Roland Boekhout, who works for ING — a bank that had been rumoured to be interested in buying the German firm.
Michael Reuther, the incumbent, will leave the bank by the end of the year.
The appointment of the 55 year old Boekhout, who is a member of the banking management board at ING
Group, was made on Thursday. He will start in his new role as member
