Sterling and Wilson Solar gets Sebi nod for Rp45bn listing

India’s securities regulator has given the greenlight for Sterling and Wilson Solar’s IPO, which could raise up to Rp45bn ($655m).

The solar power business of Indian conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji Group got the approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India on July 4.
