CFTC's Berkovitz and Stump address 'unfinished business'

US Commodity Futures Trading Commission official Dawn D. Stump has called for a “common sense” approach to rulemaking on speculative position limits.

Speaking at the ISDA Annual Legal Forum in New York on Tuesday, Stump argued the CFTC needed to take a bespoke approach, give exchanges an integral role in administering the position limits regime and ensure limits were in tune with the market environment.
