GFG aims to emulate Zalando success with €300m IPO

Global Fashion Group, the emerging markets-focused online fashion retailer, intends to raise €300m to finance its growth via an IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The all-primary deal is expected to be completed later this month. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Berenberg are global coordinators, and HSBC is a bookrunner.
