EPP NV, a Polish firm that owns malls and office buildings, raised over €90m of equity capital in Johannesburg on Wednesday last week.
Java Capital was sole bookrunner on the trade. It has run every trade in EPP since EPP listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2016.
The company sold 77.96m new shares at R18.6 a share, raising R1.45bn (€90.1m). The price was a 2.1% discount to the last trade
