JP Morgan names new insurance structuring head

JP Morgan has created a new unit within its global equity derivatives division focused on insurance structuring – an area that the US bank sees as a key component of the growth of its equities franchise.

David Rademeyer has been named head of the new global equities insurance structuring group. He will continue to be based in New York and will report to Emmanuel Naim, head of Americas structuring at JP Morgan.
