ESI expands lending group

France’s ESI Group has signed a €40m syndicated loan, with the virtual prototyping company adding to its banking group through the deal.

Banque Palatine arranged the deal and acted as agent. The BPCE Group bank was joined by BNP Paribas, CIC, Crédit Agricole, Crédit du Nord, HSBC and Société Générale.

Of those banks, BNP Paribas is new to the borrower. 

The deal replaces a €49m syndicated credit facility signed in 2015.
