Arima Real Estate shrinks its deal but gets €100m IPO

Arima Real Estate, a newly created Spanish real estate investment trust, has managed to get its IPO over the line, but with a much smaller deal size than originally intended.

The deal has been priced at €10, the original fixed offer price, with a final size of €100m – well below the initial €300m target.
