Malaysian IPOs get going after dry spell

Malaysia’s barren IPO landscape is coming back to life, with two food-related issuers filing their long-delayed listings this week.

Leong Hup International, a poultry producer, submitted an application to the Malaysian securities regulator on Wednesday. QSR Brands, which owns the KFC and Pizza Hut franchises in southeast Asia, filed two days earlier. They could each raise around MR2bn ($480m), bankers said.
