Updated: A-Living sees strong demand for $600m HK listing

A-Living Services Co plans to raise around HK$4.7bn ($605m) in a Hong Kong IPO, on the back of strong indications of interest from investors.

Bookbuilding kicked off on Wednesday and will continue until February 2, when the deal is set to price. HSBC and Huatai Financial Holdings are sponsors, as well as global co-ordinators with Morgan Stanley.

The stock is being marketed at HK$10.8-HK$14.2 each to raise between HK$3.6bn-HK$4.7bn. A-Living is offering ...
