Records in sight as Konecrane lands in Schuldschein market

Crane maker Konecranes raised €150m with a debut Schuldschein on Monday, as the Schuldschein market aims to set a new yearly record.

Konecranes hired CommerzbankDeutsche Bank and Helaba to arrange the facility, which is split into four and seven year fixed and floating rate notes. Pricing margins for the Finnish firm’s Schuldscheine are 90bp-110bp and 120bp-140bp respectively.
