UPS delivers tightly priced package

American delivery company United Postal Service made its latest annual visit to the euro corporate bond market on Wednesday, leaving with €1bn of tightly priced bonds.

The A1/A+ rated borrower printed a €500m 12 year bond in 2016, following a €500m five year FRN and €500m 10 year fixed rate combination in 2015. All were successful deals, but none came quite as tight as Wednesday’s dual tranche offering.
