UBS racks up $7bn demand for second '23 note

UBS has issued $3.25bn of senior debt maturing just three months after pre-existing bonds that came onto the market in March.

The Swiss bank priced two tranches of six year non-call five senior debt on Monday: $2bn of fixed to floating notes at 105bp over Treasuries; and $1.25bn of floating rate notes at the Libor equivalent, 95bp over three months Libor.
