Syndicated Loan, Leveraged Finance and Private Debt Awards 2025 – the winners revealed

GlobalCapital is pleased to announce the winners of the Syndicated Loan, Leveraged Finance and Private Debt Awards 2025.

Market participants from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa gathered in London’s 8 Northumberland Avenue last night to recognise the year’s most notable deals and the institutions that helped deliver them across the syndicated loan, leveraged finance and private debt markets.

Among the deals highlighted this year were transactions for TenneT Germany, Rosebank Industries and Capgemini, while banks including UniCredit, BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole collected multiple awards.

Now in their 23rd year, the GlobalCapital Syndicated Loan Awards celebrate excellence across the EMEA loan, leveraged finance and private debt markets. Uniquely, both the nominees and winners are determined by the industry itself through a poll of market participants conducted in October and November, meaning the results reflect the deals and institutions that clients, peers and counterparties believe stood out over the past year.

The poll was conducted through October and November 2025 and covers activity between November 16, 2025 and November 15, 2026.

Congratulations to all our winners and nominees, and thank you to everyone who took part in the voting. A full list of winners and nominees can be found below.

Full details of the nominated deals and banks can be found here and a full list of winners can be downloaded here.
