L. Sankarasubramanian, head of credit derivatives research at ABN AMRO in New York, has joined Merrill Lynch as head of global credit analytics. At Merrill, Sankarasubramanian replaces Luis Reyna, who has moved to another role in the organization, which could not be determined by press time.
Both Sankarasubramanian and Reyna declined comment. Scott Brown, managing director to whom Sankarasubramanian reports, was traveling and could not be reached. Jessica Oppenheim, spokeswoman in New York, did not return calls.
Pat Fay, managing director at ABN AMRO, to whom Sankarasubramanian reported, did not return calls. Patrick Phalon, spokesman in New York, declined comment.
