Morgan Stanley has rehired Joseph Naggar, managing director and head of credit securitization at Swiss Re in New York, as an executive director in secondary trading in the securitized products group. Nagger worked at Morgan Stanley before he joined the reinsurance giant in 2002.
Naggar will report to Laya Khadjavi, head of structured products finance, and Howard Hubler, head of secondary trading in the securitized products group, according to Mark Lake, spokesman in New York. Khadjavi and Hubler were both out of the office and could not be reached. Naggar did not return calls.
