BofA Relocates Credit Structuring Chief

Michael McLaughlin, global head of structured securities at Bank of America, has relocated from London to New York to launch a middle market origination and middle market collateralized loan obligation group.

Michael McLaughlin, global head of structured securities at Bank of America, has relocated from London to New York to launch a middle market origination and middle market collateralized loan obligation group. He will continue to run collateralized debt obligations globally from New York. Ben Wilkinson, global head of structured credit and equity financial products trading in London, will become European head of global structured products and European EFP. McLaughlin and Wilkinson declined further comment.
