Turkish tunnel operating joint venture Avrasya Tunelo Isletme Insaat ve Yatirim (Atas) has signed a $1.4bn 18 year export credit agency (ECA) and development bank financing facility to build a road tunnel under the Bosphorus Strait to link Europe and Asia.
