CFTC Grants Relief On Some Swaps Reporting
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has granted relief for bespoke or complex swaps from certain reporting obligations until the earlier of a time when certain data elements can be “the relevant data elements can be electronically represented in the FpML schema” and June 30, 2013.
