CFTC Mulls Reducing Price-Quote Requirement
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission is weighing whether to cut the number of price quotes a buyer is required to request before trading swaps from a proposed five to two quotes in the first year of the rule under the Dodd-Frank Act and then three in the following year.
