Romania slashes pricing on euro tap
Romania priced a tap of a 4.625% September 2020 bond on Monday afternoon well inside initial price thoughts. The deal is another example of strong demand for Central and Eastern European sovereign paper, coming just days after Poland brought an oversubscribed tap of a €1bn January 2019 bond.
