Charles Fletcher, head of European interest-rate swaps at Bank of America in London, is transferring to Chicago to head up a new team. Fletcher is grooming Mike Duffy, swaps trader, to replace him. Duffy joined Bank of America from Abbey National three months ago.
Fletcher and Liz Wood, spokeswoman, declined comment.
