Morgan Stanley has hired Mitchell Braselton, managing director in global structured products at Bank of America in London, for a similar role in New York. Braselton will report to Suzanne Cain, managing director. Mark Lake, spokesman in New York, Cain and Braselton declined comment.
At BofA, Braselton reported to Michael McLaughlin, head of global structured products, who declined comment.
