Eastern European Equity Notes Find Stateside Takers
Deutsche Bank in New York has packaged up two indices from Eastern Europe in a leveraged investment and last week sold USD3 million of notes linked to the structure. The notes combine the Russian Depositary Receipts Index and the CECE Composite Index, which tracks Czech, Polish and Hungarian blue chips.
