Spotless goes ‘lux co’ with Eu310m lev loan
BC Partners bought 66% of French cleaning products group Spotless on Wednesday, further boosting Europe’s recovering leveraged loan market. The deal was funded with an underwritten facility of Eu306m that will be launched shortly, said bankers close to it.
