Middle East loan market open after IPIC draws $5bn
The Middle East’s first big syndicated loan of the year has proved a hit with lenders. International Petroleum Investment Co (IPIC), wholly owned by the Abu Dhabi government, signed a $3.6bn facility on Wednesday after increasing it from $2.5bn.
