LCDS auction for McCarthy & Stone
Markit will likely hold a credit event auction for UK housebuilder McCarthy & Stone in the first or second week of June. McCarthy & Stone’s scheme of arrangement for a restructuring of its debt came into force on April 21. The scheme has left the company with about £500m debt.
