DTCC Confirms 10% Contracts Electronically
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. reported that roughly 2.2 million of credit default swaps have been confirmed electronically—roughly 10% of the total number outstanding and representing 17% of the notional value of the contracts in its Trade Information Warehouse.
