Tortilla Maker Extends Derivatives Deadline
Gruma, the Mexican corn flour and tortilla maker, has extended until Sept. 30 a deadline for completing deals to refinance a five-year USD197 million syndicated loan and reaching a settlement on USD738.3 million in derivative liabilities.
