BarCap Takes Tradeweb Stake
Barclays Capital has taken a minority stake in Tradeweb, an electronic trading and trade processing specialist for fixed income and derivatives. In addition, the 10 dealer owners of the company and Thomson Reuters, its majority owner, will invest a combined USD68 million in the business.
