Yannick Mallegol joined Barclays Capital as managing director and head of equity derivative flow sales in London. The former Paris-based Société Générale flow sales head had been tapped for Credit Suisse, but that move didn't pan out. [Mallegol rapidly expanded his team, signing managing directors Fergus Slinger from Deutsche Bank and Andreas Konomis from UBS.
