Auction Terms Coming For Ukraine Stock Co.
The International Swaps and Derivatives Association said it will publish auction terms for Naftogaz on its Web site after the EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee voted that a credit event triggering the auction occurred when the Ukrainian stock company failed to repay the principal on USD500 million Eurobond due Sept. 30.
