ISDA To Publish CIT Auction Terms
The International Swaps and Derivatives Association says it will publish on its Web site the auction terms for credit default swaps referencing CIT Group, after ISDA’s Americas Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee ruled a bankruptcy credit event occurred when the lender filed for bankruptcy protection Nov. 1.
