Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.), chairman of the Senate Agriculture Committee, said her derivatives bill will bring “100% transparency and accountability to Wall Street” and deny exemptions to big banks, hedge funds and companies such as American International Group with financial products units engaged in trading.
