The NASDAQ-100 may soon see attention from the structurers that have long been neglecting it in favor of the S&P 500. The smaller index has consistently outperformed its larger cousin since the beginning of this year, and issuers seem ready to ignore the technology-niche stigma that caused them to give the index the cold shoulder since 2001.
