ECB May Halt OTC Trades With U.S. Banks

The European Central Bank has warned the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission that unless foreign central banks are exempt from clearing, execution and reporting requirements in the Dodd-Frank Act, it may stop trading over-the-counter derivatives with U.S. counterparties.
