NYSE Mulls E.U. Hearing Over Merger
NYSE Euronext may consider asking for a hearing before the European Union’s regulators at the end of this month to defend its proposed merger with Deutsche Boerse, according to Duncan Niederauer, ceo of the U.S. clearer.
