NYSE Euronext has restructured NYSE Amex Options and NYSE Arca Options, naming Steve Crutchfield their sole head, replacing Paul Finnegan as head of Amex Options, Amy Farnstrom as head of Arca Options and Senior V.P. James Hyde as leaders of the U.S. businesses.
