CFTC Delays Swap Reporting After Sandy
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has temporarily suspended the testing of swaps dealers’ reporting of swap data for equity, fx and commodity swaps because of certain disruptions to test of the reporting systems from Hurricane Sandy.
