Japan Delays Cross-Border Clearing Regs
The Japan Financial Services Agency has delayed introducing regulations governing cross-border clearing in light of “tremendous uncertainty” created by regulators in the U.S. and Europe, according to Masamichi Kono, the agency’s vice commissioner for international affairs.
