Duff takes leveraged and acquisition finance job in HSBC restructure

Oliver Duff, HSBC’s global head of sales and syndicate within leveraged and acquisition finance, has been made global head of the unit.

He takes charge of the business after Kevin Adeson, the former incumbent, was made head of the bank’s new global capital financing division. In his new job Duff will look after HSBC's event-driven financing and corporate flow loan businesses and secondary loan trading.
